Public Workshop Booking Terms & Conditions
Your continuing Oliver Wight workshop booking will amount to acceptance of these terms and conditions including any IP restrictions that are marked clearly on materials shared with you. Unless otherwise agreed these terms will apply to future Oliver Wight workshop bookings also.
All delegate fees for face to face workshops include the following - materials, text, lunch and meeting room refreshments. For virtual workshops, delegate fees include the following – materials and texts.
On UK face to face workshops longer than one day, the fee also includes a workshop dinner. Delegates are responsible for all other meals and incidental expenses.
Accommodation (face to face workshops):
Delegate fees do not cover accommodation. For UK workshops, whenever possible Oliver Wight have agreed preferential rates for bedrooms at the venues. If this is the case, we will include a link in the ‘registration package’ so delegates can get in touch with the hotel directly.
For those delegates arriving by air, we have recommended suppliers to assist with transfers to and from the airport, please get in touch for further details.
Please note that cancellations received less than four weeks before a workshop start date are deemed ‘Late’ and cannot be refunded or credited. However, a suitable substitute delegate may be named but this needs to be confirmed at least one week before the start date of the workshop. Late cancellations of workshop delegate spaces must be paid for in full, within the normal payment terms.
For cancellations made more than four weeks before the workshop date, we can credit the amount to be applied at an alternative workshop which can be face to face or virtual, that is happening within a 12-month period of the original workshop. If there is a difference in cost between the workshops then the extra needs to be covered by the delegate (if the switch is to a more expensive workshop) or refunded by Oliver Wight (if the switch is to a less expensive workshop).
Payment details will be supplied at the time of booking. All fees are payable in full prior to the commencement of the workshop. Upon receipt of payment, an acknowledgement will be sent followed by a ‘registration package’.
